The HyperSKU Wallet is a USD balance that can be used to store money in, and conveniently pay for batch orders and other payments. To top up the HyperSKU Wallet, click ‘Top Up Balance’ in Dashboard (the main screen) or go to Billings & Payments, then click into Top Up Balance tab. Enter the amount and proceed to checkout. Please note the maximum top up limit per recharge.
Transaction fees vary depending on the payment method:
- PayPal: 0 transaction fee
- Credit Cards: Payments above 20 USD: 1% transaction fee; Payments below 20 USD: 3% transaction fee
- Payoneer (USD): 0 transaction fee
- Wire Transfer: Charged by banks, usually 20-50 USD

HyperSKU Return Policy?
HyperSKU works with a variety of suppliers, each having their own after-sale policy. To simplify the process for eCommerce store owners, HyperSKU offers a universal refund and reshipment policy. Users can communicate with dedicated support and deal with HyperSKU directly for all refund and reshipment cases.
Here are some key points of the policy:

PRODUCT LOST / STOLEN: If any of the issues below occur, HyperSKU provides a 7-day after-sales service after the parcel is received.
- Delivery failure: If a signed/delivered parcel is unclaimed by your customer, or the tracking information alert (incorrect/insufficient address, unknown recipient, lack of phone number/door number, etc.), it will be returned to the local processing center. Within 7 days from the delivery date, HyperSKU can arrange a redelivery attempt at the cost of 15 USD per parcel upon request. An updated contact information or receiver’s address is required (the new address must be within the same country). Failure of the second attempt will trigger the closure of this order. Aftersales service will not be eligible after 7 days and the parcel will be discarded as default.
- Mismatched Delivery Addresses: When products are procured and shipping services are obtained through HyperSKU, deliveries are made directly to the end consumers. The seller cannot raise payment disputes or claim refunds due to they did not receive the items themselves. As the address provided by the seller during the payment process might differ from the one recorded in the HyperSKU system (the end consumers' address), the address in the HyperSKU system is always deemed authoritative. If a seller can provide definitive evidence that the designated end customer did not receive the order, they may approach HyperSKU for a refund or order replacement.

The product is missing/incorrect/stolen: HyperSKU will gladly issue a corresponding refund as long as the seller has already refunded the end customer. Proof of customer refund is required before the HyperSKU team can issue a refund. Or you can request a reshipment, HyperSKU will arrange a reshipment for free under these circumstances. (The above requirements apply to the situations below)
- If only one product was sent missing: the customer needs to provide a photo of all the items received with the shipping label.
- If the product is incorrect: the customer received a different sizing or wrong item, a photo of all the items received with the shipping label is required.
- If the whole parcel is lost: the parcel was marked delivered but declared not received, evidence of customer refund is required (a snapshot).
How To Open A HyperSKU Account?
To open an account on HyperSKU, follow these steps:
- Visit the website www.hypersku.com.
- Click on the 'join' button.
- The first two months are free (no subscription fee).
- After registration, connect the HyperSKU account to a Shopify or WooCommerce store to take advantage of the full functionality. This can be done in the upper right corner under Settings >> My Stores.
Remember, HyperSKU offers seamless integration into many platforms. Stores on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Yampi, Shoplazza, TikTok, AllValue, Shopline, Cashcow, Aliexpress, Servicepoints, and more can be connected with HyperSKU. If the store isn't on any of these platforms, integration with HyperSKU via Open API is also possible, which then allows utilization of the automatic order processing system.
Once the store is connected to the HyperSKU account, the system can seamlessly retrieve unfulfilled orders, allowing for automated fulfillment with ease. Alternatively, the order list can be manually uploaded to place orders.
To find specific products for listing, navigate to "Search Products" and explore the desired collection. If the required products are not found, a sourcing request can be submitted and the team will provide a tailored quote within 2 days. Once the products are successfully sourced, they can be seamlessly listed and connected in the store.
For fulfilling orders, choose from payment options like HyperSKU wallet, Payoneer, PayPal, or credit card. For faster bulk payments, using HyperSKU wallet and Payoneer is recommended.
